​We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis.

The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, and assisting with other accounts payable tasks as needed.

Ideal if you have experience using the M1 software!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

  • Assist with month-end closing processes

  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries and payment status

  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and transactions

  • Provide support to the Accounts Payable team as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
