Based in the St Austell area my client is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on temporary to permanent basis
This role is being offered on a full-time basis with an immediate start date for the right candidate.
The role will see the chosen candidate supporting the team chasing all credit accounts, instigating legal debt and recover proceedings for bad dept. Dealing with the associated paperwork, correspondence and retaining records. You will also be involved updating customer accounts daily onto the sales ledger received by Cheque, bacs, cash or card. Generating invoices, monitoring customer credit limits and carrying out credit checks.
Credit control experience is not mandatory but intermediate excel skills and excellent attention to details is a must have. Previous experience reconciling accounts would be advantageous but is not essential.
However the right candidate will have a keen eye for detail, self motivated and have great communication skills.
The role will be working Monday - Friday 8.00-17.00 ( 42.5 hours a week)
