We are looking for an administrator that has a high standard of customer service experience to join our clients as an administrator.
The role is being offered as working in our clients office in Liskeard, with the option of working the occasional day from home.
For the successful candidate you will transfer onto my clients books after 3 months, and will be offered a permanent role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering a professional and confident customer experience, answering queries and requests in a timely manner ensuring customers receive the information they need
Effectively and pro-actively handling customer queries and requests and resolving customer complaints, taking ownership of customer contacts and escalating only where necessary.
Schedule work according to requirements, ensuring the appropriate adherence to performance standards are met and efficiency of operatives time
Ensuring customer information is kept up to date
Co-ordinating payment and record keeping for departmental transactions
Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure invoicing is up to date at all times
Providing regular reporting to senior officers within Facilities Management
Support with costings and quotations, ensuring they are recorded correctly
Skills
Minimum of a couple of years admin experience
Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
