Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for a flexible part time role within an expanding business?
My client, a market leader within electronics design and manufacturing, is seeking an organised and efficient Admin Assistant on a part time basis to join their team.
Offering a competitive salary between £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (pro rate) and flexible working.
Working hours will be 15 per week split over 3 days and must in include Fridays, the rest can work around you!
Main duties and responsibilities:
Data compilation – creating spread sheets and databases used to record and collate performance and customer contact data.
Weekly management report data entry to support Operations Director.
Basic Marketing Support and feedback requests.
Stationery Purchasing – checking office stationery stock levels and ordering where required.
H&S Management – Administrate H&S policy and procedures. Complete regular audits and implement updates from the HSE.
NQA audits – Administrative support for auditing system procedures for compliance to ISO.
Invoicing cover (joint) – Generating accurate invoices and ensuring they are received by customers and our accounts department.
Support Accounts Assistant with sales and purchase ledger work when required for cover.
Provide general administrative support to management team on site as well as the FD / MD based offsite.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the Admin Assistant will need working knowledge of Excel and Word as well as a good level of autonomy,
Basic bookkeeping skills would be advantageous, but not essential.
