​We are seeking a administrator with minute taking experience to join my client for a Full time role, which for the right candidate could lead to a permanent position

Working hours are 32.5, Monday - Friday with the core hours being 9.15am - 16.15pm.

This position does require some evening cover - around once a week, but hours in the week will be given off in Lieu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to enable the preparation of agendas and reports

  • Assist the management team with taking minutes during evening meetings. There will be around 30 evening meetings a year with some additional holiday/ sickness cover as needed.

  • Provide telephone, online and face to face reception cover during lunch breaks and as and when needed.

  • Day to day management of building control systems such as door access, issuing and logging of entry passes and telephone systems.

  • Assisting the communications officer with promotional and marketing materials, through events and social media platforms

  • Processing payments, online and cash

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in minute taking

  • Proven experience having worked in an administrative position

  • Experience with cash handling

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
