​Are you looking for a new challenge? A fast growing company based in Truro is looking for a administrator/ customer service assistant to join their team.

This role is being offered as a permanent position, working on a Rota, 5 days a week - to include weekends, usually twice a month.

Working hours are 09.00- 17.00 with an hour unpaid lunch and is paying £22,500- £24,500 Depending on experience.

Job Description

You will be responsible for handling all types customer enquiries received and providing a successful resolution for our customers.

Responsibilities Include

  • Delivery of top class customer service to our all of our valued customers

  • Answering incoming calls & responding to customer messages via online platforms

  • Handling customer complaints and working with internal & external partners to resolve any issues

  • Providing occasional sales support to our store, also based in Truro

Essential Experience

  • Communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Excellent spelling & grammar

  • Confident with IT, with the ability to learn new systems

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Can do attitude & a team player

  • Customer Service experience or administrative experience
