Fast growing business in the St Columb area is looking to recruit an experienced Baker to their team.

My client is passionate about baking with all of their items handmade with the ultimate care and attention. They are looking for some experienced bakers to come and join their growing team.

You will be providing with the opportunity to use all your skills and cover a range of processes that need to be completed to make a range of breads and pastries. If you are hardworking, a committed baker with a real sense of pride in your work then this could be the position for you.


  • All aspects of bread making

  • Measuring and combining ingredients, using mixers, pastry brakes, dough dividers, and heat sources

  • Decorating finished products

  • The use of production sheet information to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

  • Ensuring that standards and quality are maintained

  • Adhering to safe practices within the Bakery

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience of pastry and bread baking

  • Some knowledge and understanding of using bread making equipment

  • An ability to work methodically, efficiently and with an extreme eye for detail

  • You can work on your own initiative and manage your own work-load effectively
