Well established property development company in Newquay is seeking a part time bookkeeper to join their friendly team.
The ideal candidate should have recent bookkeeping experience ideally for a similar industry and be a flexible/willing all-rounder to become an integral part of the Accounts Team.
Day to day admin tasks – such as, processing and filing of paperwork
Bookkeeping – filing and processing of purchase & sales invoices etc
Preparing monthly bank drawdowns- to be reviewed by the Directors
Submitting Bank drawdowns to Accounts for payment and collating of payment information
Qualification and skill requirements:
Qualification in bookkeeping – preferably level 2 AAT Equivalent or above – relevant experience will also be considered
A minimum of two years Bookkeeping in a similar industry
Proficient in the use of Sage 50 accounts software package
Proficient in the use of computer systems – including Microsoft office 365 and google gsuite
A level, GCSE or NVQ level of qualification
Knowledge of Eyeshare and Qlik

This role is being offered as a permanent part time 22-28 hours a week, based on £28,000-£30,000 Pro Rata
They are flexible with which days are worked but would be 3 full days days. The working hours are 08.30-17.00 with a hour lunchbreak.
