The starting salary is £26,500, rising to a maximum of £31,500 depending on experience and training progression. Working hours will be full time, however, there is a great amount of flexibility to work early/late shifts or take long lunch breaks (a chance to enjoy the fresh air in the beautiful coastal location).

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and coordinating highly engaging campaigns, projects, and activations

  • Management of 1 direct report

  • Promote the brand, focusing on establishing new audiences, collaborations, and stakeholders

  • Work alongside the fantastic team to generate and launch new applications with visible results


About you:

  • Previous experience in developing campaign and project strategies

  • Creative writing skills and a good understanding of social media and website content management

  • Willingness to undertake media interviews when required

  • Leadership and management skills beneficial (or willingness to progress into this level)

  • A head for figures and strategy, in order to manage the team budget and develop new partnerships

  • Full clean UK licence and willingness to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays
