​Are you an experienced chef, looking to further your career in a rural, countryside establishment in Dartmoor?

My client is seeking a Chef de Partie and Breakfast Chef to join their busy kitchen within a luxury boutique hotel. The hotel boasts a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, demonstrating outstanding quality and a tranquil setting for guests.

The successful applicants will become integral parts of a passionate and talented team, whilst receiving ongoing support and encouragement throughout professional development.

The breakfast chef is 25 hours a week £12,50 per hour, depending on experience. The Chef de Partie will work full time, earning £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

What they're looking for:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for creating fantastic, locally-sourced dishes

  • A food hygiene level 2, or willing to work towards this

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie or Breakfast chef

  • Excellent organisation and teamwork skills

  • Own transport to enable travel to the location, and ability to assist with odd evening shifts
