​ Well established and reputable company in the central Truro area is looing to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Executive to work to their Brand Engagement and Customer Experience Team.

This is a permanent, full time role working 9am-5.15pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role:

This role focuses on supporting legal advisors with the growth of new client relationships and the delivery of exceptional service to all clients. Working closely with the Senior Client Manager, this role will have day-today responsibility for the companies sector research, public sector tenders, business plan implementation and client experience.

You will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day client feedback process as well as the operational activities involved with identifying and attracting new clients, and in B2B situations supporting the winning of new business opportunities, supporting the preparation of tenders and new business pitches. Both aspects require significant interaction and stakeholder management with legal teams and internal business support teams.

With the support of a Client Relationship Assistant, you will also be responsible for administration of client experience activity including, scheduling client feedback opportunities, handling simple queries from colleagues relating to client survey system and collating feedback on mystery shopper reports.

The ideal candidate:

Will have previous experience of client relationships, office administration and business pitches and tenders, preferably in a legal industry or professional services firm. You will be qualified up to A-level or equivalent, ideally in Business or Marketing. Previous experience of general marketing and client service theory would be an advantage. You will be highly organised with an ability to manage multiple work streams while staying calm under pressure and maintaining focus on tasks to meet deadlines. You will be driven by results, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service at all times. You will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment.

This position would suit someone who enjoys variable and busy workload, takes ownership over tasks and work independently where necessary. Good interpersonal and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
