We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy commercial property department in the Wadebridge area.
You will need to be able to manage your own case load which will include Commercial property sales and purchases, the drafting of documents for property developments, drafting commercial contracts and leases, asset and share purchase agreements and business leases.
5 years PQE is preferred but not essential.
