We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual with a passion for trucks to join our commercial workshop team. Working on our customers vehicles, this is a fast-paced, dynamic working environment so will only suit those with a flexible approach to work.
Are you an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician specialising on Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV)
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, service routines and repairs, preparation of vehicles and trailers for MOT and presentation for test. All tasks to be performed to the highest standard.
Can you work independently plus work on your own initiative and well under pressure with a calm approach in a safe manner.
Ideally, you'll hold a C+E licence but must have sound mechanical knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems able to competently diagnose, repair faults in an efficient manner, recording all work on relevant documentation or electronically on the r2c fleet management system.
Minimum 5 years working experience on HGV's

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm - flexible time (Start & Finish) 8 Hour Shift
Minimum Requirement: City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Mechanics; C+E (Class 1) licence - highly desirable.
