​​​We are looking for a confident and experienced compliance manager to join a busy expanding company in Redruth.

This role will offered 3 months as an agency worker, this is likely to be ended until June 2023 for the right candidate.

Role:

  • To support the program manager and teams to ensure they are compliant

  • Initial point of contact for all audit/ compliance queries from the team

  • Maintaining and enforcing up to date policies, legislations and guidance change.

  • Preparation and collation of quarterly claims and audits

  • To manage, monitor and assist in the preparation of procurement documentation and tender process

  • To work with and support grant recipients by providing advice and assistance

  • To ensure compliance with EU regulations

  • To set up, develop, advise and manage the electronic resources for team including document retention, document management and filing systems

​Skills

  • Minimum of a couple of year admin experience in a similar sector

  • Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.

  • Knowledge of GDPR/ and understanding of EU finding schemes - ESF and ERDF

The role is Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00, and is paying £18.09 per hour.
