​Are you an experience Content and Communications Executive, looking for a new management role?

My client, a bespoke and expanding engineering business, is looking to build their team. This is a full-time job opportunity, paying £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will join an innovative and futuristic environment with freedom to express and test new ideas. As the Content and Communications Manager, you will assist with translating business vision into impactful and effective content to engage, inform and inspire stakeholders.

This is an exciting time to join the brand and provides an incredible opportunity for the right person to showcase their creative flair, excellent communication, and organisational skills. This role will be based in Truro, Cornwall or Exeter office as well as offering the potential for homeworking.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Translate vision and goals into a content marketing and communications strategy

  • Deliver relevant, valuable, engaging, and motivational content

  • Develop and coordinate content for multi-channel campaigns

  • Direct and management communication and content marketing strategy

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring one voice is unified across all content and communications

Essential experience & qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ management experience within a similar role

  • Successful experience of comms planning, delivery, and management

  • English, marketing, communications, or business qualifications beneficial

  • Project management skills

  • Proficient in the best practices of key media channels, content, and approaches

  • Expert use of a variety of marketing communication tools and platforms
