Established and expanding firm in the Truro area is looking to grow their team further by introducing a new member to the Customer Care Manager.
We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to add to our construction admin, sales and after care team.
Primary responsibilities:
Build a thorough knowledge of developments, products and specifications
Be responsible for the final inspection of all properties before customer is invited to a new home preview
Have a knowledge of and ensure alignment with warranty provider companies, consumer codes and standards of quality expected before customer handover
Manage our out of hours company
Manage and develop our team of coordinators and maintenance operatives
Make sure new homes previews are fully prepared for and all relevant information is provided to the customer
Conduct new homes previews
Check and sign off invoices from suppliers
Monitor progress of remedial work and assign costs to the property
Keep up to date and observe all Health and Safety regulations
Visit customers in their new property as a courtesy call or to assess a complaint – will involve some evenings and weekends
Manage internal direct line and emails
Ensure internal teams diaries are always fully booked
Form good working relationship with site managers and sub-contractors
Give any relevant feedback on products and design to assist continuous improvement
Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
At least 3 years in similar role
