We are looking for a confident and personable Customer Service Representative to join a thriving team in central Truro on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an integral part of the team, the successful applicant will understand the importance of customer satisfaction, further driving the organisations excellent reputation through high-end service.

Working hours will be 37.5 per week.

What will you be doing?

  • Responding to incoming calls, emails and social media messages in relation to new and existing orders, complaints or information requests

  • Accurately record data on the in-house CRM

  • Drive the resolution of complaints, liaising with other teams and 3rd parties, to provide a first-call solution service where possible

  • Follow defined work management and company processes at all times

What they need from you:

  • Previous experience dealing with enquires and complaint handling (essential)

  • Computer literate to include working knowledge of MS packages (essential)

  • Committed and confident in order to put the customer first and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction (essential)

  • Call centre/customer service experience would be (beneficial)

  • In-house CRM system experience (beneficial)

  • Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay!)
