​Are you an experience Front of House / Duty Manager, looking for an exciting new challenge?
My client, a reputable hotel within a beautiful coastal location, is seeking a Duty Manager and Front of House Manager to join their team.

Working hours will full time, including weekends, bank holidays and early/late shifts to suit business needs. Applicants will need to have previous experience in a front of house, supervisory role as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

This is a great opportunity for somebody to either step-up into a more senior position, or transfer a current skill-set across to a renowned hotel with plenty of progression available.

Key duties:

  • Liaising and supervising Reception and Front of House teams

  • Liaising with the restaurant and housekeeping departments to support smooth running

  • Assist with meeting and greeting visitors

  • Support and offer cover to all areas of the front operation within the hotel when required

About you:

  • At least 2 + years experience within a front of house or supervisory role

  • Extensive experience working within a hotel, or similar environment

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach

  • Previous leadership experience
