The new Estate Manager will be integral to enhancing Cornwall's communities, through leading the Estate Management process for the Residential and Commercial Portfolio, providing a customer focused and premium standard service for all new and existing developments.
What do they need from you?
Excellent stakeholder management with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, alongside the ability to deliver outstanding performance.
Previous experience in a Property/Estate/Block Management role, alongside use of Propman or similar Block/Estate database.
Good understanding of building maintenance activities and contractor management
Educated to Degree level and/or demonstrable relevant experience within a Property/Estate Management related discipline, preferably with membership of related profession (IRPM/RICS).
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and a hands-on team player approach.
