We are looking for a confident and personable Events Administrator to join a thriving hospitality and events business in St. Austell, offering an immediate start.

This is role is initially to cover maternity leave, however, there is potential for this to become a permanent position for the right person.

The salary is £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chasing event tickets from suppliers and sending them out, ahead of time

  • Answering incoming calls and providing admin support the the Finance Manager

  • Producing and designing event flyers for events

  • Chasing suppliers for event prices

About you

  • Highly motivated and well organised

  • Looking to embark on a career within the events and hospitality industry

  • Previous experience beneficial, but not essential as training provided

  • Willing to learn and progress

  • Good administration and communication skills

There may additionally be some occasional out of office hours, supporting senior staff with running lunch or dinner events.
