Are you an experienced Operations Leader, looking for a new challenge in the Southwest?

I am working with a fantastic business, showcasing astronomical growth year on year whilst upholding the very best culture and core values. They are looking to add strength to their senior leadership team, build on operational strategies, and continue pushing success within the FMCG industry.

Salary starting point is £75,000 +, which will be negotiated alongside package depending on experience.

What they need from you:

  • Senior operational leadership background (Operations Manager, Head of Operations, or higher).

  • Vast experience within the food sector.

  • Ability to set targets, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement..

  • Solid understanding of FMCG practices and processes across all departments (including production, supply chain, engineering, and operations).

  • Experience of project & change leadership, alongside associated qualifications.

  • Experience of implementation and delivery or ERP systems.
