My client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their successful kitchen on a full-time basis. If you're looking for an incredible opportunity to thrive within a talented business, this is your chance.

Great tips on a weekly basis and a basic rate of £11.50 per hour on offer!

Working hours 4 days a week, rota basis. 2 days off together, including a day of the weekend and another in the week.

Shift times vary depending on day, standardly run from 8/9am - 11:30pm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Showcasing skills in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef with preparation and food service.

  • Picking up a great learning and understanding from the experienced team

  • Offering support across the kitchen where needed.

  • Helping to clean down the kitchen after service
