Working hours 4 days a week, rota basis. 2 days off together, including a day of the weekend and another in the week.
Shift times vary depending on day, standardly run from 8/9am - 11:30pm.
Key responsibilities:
Showcasing skills in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef with preparation and food service.
Picking up a great learning and understanding from the experienced team
Offering support across the kitchen where needed.
Helping to clean down the kitchen after service
