​Are you an experienced Machine Operator, searching for a new challenge within a growing, innovative business? Look no further!

My client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking to expand their team and recruit a Machine Operator to start as soon as possible. Whether you're an experienced CNC Machinist, or a recent graduate within an engineering discipline, we would love to hear from you.

About the role:

  • Program, set and operation various CNC machines.

  • Solve basic machining problems.

  • Maintain machines, to include coolant and oil changes etc.

  • Machine different materials from aluminium to types of resin.

  • Read engineering drawings, WPI, SOP's etc.

  • Understand and adhere to both quality and health and safety standards

About you:

  • Experience working within an engineering/manufacturing environment (desirable)

  • Machining knowledge using Heidenhain controls (desirable)

  • Keen eye for detail and hands-on approach

  • Willing to train and progress

  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement activities such as 5/6S (desirable)
