My client, a leading mortgage and property protection business, is looking to grow their team. Through their range of individual brands, they specialise in facilitating new home sales, offering a broad range of services whilst working alongside most of the UK's top 20 house builders. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will have flexibility, autonomy and excellent development opportunities, as well as a great benefits and enhanced commission rates. What's not to like!
What you'll do:
Follow-up with pre-qualified AIP agreed appointments
Arrange mortgage insurance products for customers
Face -to-face, Teams, or telephone fact-finding
Offering diligent mortgage advice and customer services to house-builder clients
Following the mortgage sales process, ensuring full compliance at all times
What they want from you:
Minimum of 19 months residential advising experience
CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor
Career driven and proven ability to meet targets
Confident and effective communicator
Basic salary up to £35k depending on experience, £50k + OTE (with a 12-month minimum guaranteed earnings promise!)
No cold calling
Excellent career and promotion opportunities Working hours will be Monday to Friday, with one Saturday or Sunday per month when required.
