​Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, seeking a new challenge within a reputable business?
As leading manufacturer and supplier of quality products, my client offers a competitive salary, great working hours and the chance to join a busy team during an exciting expansion period.
Standard hours will be 37.5 a week, Monday to Friday working 6am - 2.15pm or 1.45pm - 10pm on a weekly rotation.
The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer is an integral role within the business, responsible for both reactive and planned, preventative maintenance and first-fix repairs on complex, manufacturing equipment. Ranging from injection moulding machines, extrusion machinery, laser printing and automated production lines, this is a varied role offering a great challenge and the opportunity to work with the key leaders on Continuous Improvement.

Main duties:

  • Work towards departmental objectives and performance targets.

  • Actively champion Health & Safety, ensuring that a safe working environment exists for all.

  • Proactively identify and eliminate faulty processes by implementing long-term fixes.

About you:

  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment, with specific experience of both planned and reactive maintenance of complex equipment and machinery.

  • Hold an appropriate qualification within an engineering related discipline.

  • National problem solver with excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Experience of working in a reliability driven culture with knowledge of Lean RCM, TPM or autonomous maintenance would be advantageous.
