My client, a reputable and expanding local business, is seeking a National Account Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food alongside wholesale experience managing clients and their buyers. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible solely for building and delivering channel strategy, taking ownership and developing larger wholesalers.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering route to market strategies, maximising opportunities and accomplishing brand building exercises.
Target and achieve new customers within the wholesales sector, whilst maintaining pre-existing key relationships.
Maximise distribution points and securing volume growth and profitability.
Monthly commercial reporting and tracking achieved vs budget.
National customer visits.
Proven and current commercial experience managing wholesale accounts and buyers.
Proven commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and maximise selling opportunities.
3 + years experience in the wholesale channel.
£40,000 per annum depending on experience
