​Well established and reputable company in the central Truro area is looking to recruit a New Enquiries Assistant in the Brand Engagement and Customer Experience team to join their existing team. This is a full time role working 9.00am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role:

This role focuses on ensuring potential clients contacting the firm receive a ‘best in class’ service – where their needs are efficiently identified and understood with simple and effective hand-off to legal teams delivering a seamless introduction to their trusted advisor.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating as an effective front of house for the firm by taking and handling new enquiries both by telephone, website and email

  • Liaising with legal advisors in the allocation of new clients;

  • Following-up new opportunities with a view to convert into new matters.

  • To seek, identify and record reasons for winning and losing opportunities and be involved in general admin duties.

  • Record enquiry information into the firm’s IT system, whilst capturing the information accurately.

Are you the right person?

You will have an experience of working in a front of house or client-centric professional environment. Ideally, you will have an understanding of legal services, but this is not essential as training will be provided. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care. You will be able to work in a busy and highly professional environment. The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure and maintaining attention to detail. You will have a flexible approach and ability to work within a team environment. You will be IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be able to use a case management system.
