Established and expanding business in the Redruth area is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their team.
This role will suit a candidate who thrives in a busy customer focused environment and has the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
The role will see the chosen candidate carrying our the following duties:
Answering and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Setting up new customer accounts and obtaining relevant information
Processing customer orders and payments via a bespoke system
Liaison with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office
Office filing - electronic and paper based systems.
General admin support duties as and when needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritise in a busy office environment
Excellent attention to detail
Solid IT skills and ability to pick up new systems and procedures.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook/Word & Excel
This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis, 37.5-40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Office Based. Onsite parking available.
