Seeking an experienced PA for a Temporary role in the centre of Newquay. This role is cover maternity leave. For the successful candidate you will transfer onto my clients books after 3 months, and will be offered a fixed term contract for a further 5 months, possibly longer.
I am looking for somebody that has a high standard of customer service experience within a busy office environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To provide secretarial support in meetings and conferences, managing internal diaries, phone calls, emails and post.
Provide administration support to the senior management team.
Minimum of a couple of years admin/ PA experience
Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.

The working hours are 37 hours a week, Monday – Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-16.30
