If you're an experienced and customer focused administrator, with great communication skills, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for an administrator that has a high standard of customer service experience within a busy office environment, to join our client in central Newquay on a full time basis.

This role is to cover maternity leave, the role will be starting in the next couple of weeks and run for at least a further 5 months.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide support in meetings and conferences, managing internal diaries, phone calls, emails and post.

  • Provide administration support to the senior management team.

Skills

  • Minimum of a couple of years admin experience

  • Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.

The working hours are 37 hours a week, Monday – Thursday 9.00-17.00 and Friday 9.00-16.30 and is paying £11.50 per hour
