​​We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced PA/EA reporting to the CEO of a large organisation in Bodmin.

 

Seeking an experienced candidate with previous experience of having worked at PA/EA level with responsibilities spanning secretarial support across a wide range of business and as well as personal matters. You will need to be able to prioritise in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure in challenging situations.

 

The main responsibilities of the PA role are as follows:

 

-          Management of Outlook email, calendar.

-          Typing up handwritten notes / taking dictation and processing personal as well as business correspondence. Typing and formatting reports, articles etc. (Using Microsoft Office).

-          Assisting with any personal matters such as booking travel, personal appointments, paying bills etc.

-          Taking minutes at various confidential meetings

The role is being offered for three months although this could potentially be extended. Full time hours, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 . This role is being offered as 2 days from their office and 3 days working from home.

This position is paying between 32K-45K depending on experience.

Due to the immediate start, applicants will need to be living in Cornwall and be able to commute to Bodmin.
