Established and reputable charity in the Hayle area is seeking an experienced PA to CEO on a full-time permanent basis.
ABOUT THE JOB:
An experienced, capable Personal Assistant with excellent literacy, numeracy and organisational skills, you will provide assistance to the Chief Executive. Along with the Head of Community Services and Emergency and Urgent Case Manager, you will help ensure the smooth running of the office and the service the charity provides.
Principle tasks will include dealing with legacy and donation correspondence, emails, handling telephone enquiries, assisting with data entry. Maintenance of filing systems where appropriate.
This is a sensitive role requiring the utmost discretion and confidentiality. In addition, a compassionate, professional public image and the ability to liaise and communicate at all levels with sincerity, warmth, efficiency and flexibility is essential.
ABOUT YOU:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent IT Skills
Ability to communicate well with others.
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask
This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis. Monday to Friday 0900-1700. Office Based.
