​​​​We are looking for a confident payroll administrator to join a busy team in Falmouth. The role is being offered as a temporary position for several months ( possibly could be extended) for 3 to 4 days each week.

The role is starting early September, and is paying £21,630 to £24,285 p.a and dependent on experience.

My client offers hybrid working from home and their office, the hours are 09.00-17.00 and the days worked can be pretty flexible.

Role

* Answering the payroll queries from managers and employees

* Processing and checking monthly time and expense claims

* Preparing and checking information to submit monthly payroll, including starters/ leavers/amendments/absences and deductions

* Preparing input and check data for workers - including set up and payments

* Monitoring and setting up statutory and voluntary deductions

* Digitalizing archive material, scanning and then saving to One Drive

​Skills

* Minimum of a couple of years admin experience

* Experience of running a payroll

* Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook

* Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
