The role will require you to work the rotational pattern of earlies and lates. When fully trained nights will also be introduced.

  • Nights – 2200-0630, Monday - Thursday (4 nights)

Offering 8.5 hrs per day with fully paid breaks.

Starting hourly rate of £12.18, this increases to £15.22 for night shifts.  Overtime may be available at £18.27p/h at weekends.

Why should you choose this role?

  • The chance to join a great team, offering on the job training along with career development opportunities.

What does a Production Operative do?

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and processes.

  • Weighing, packing and preparing raw materials.

  • Performing inspection tests to ensure all products fit the quality brief.

  • Share ideas for improvements and supporting the team leaders with maintaining a clean and well organised workspace.

To be successful, you just need to be reliable, a great team player and willing to learn and develop new skills as you progress. I would love to hear from people with all backgrounds, however, previous factory/production experience would be beneficial.
