One of our clients, a busy factory (non-food) in Redruth, is looking to recruit a number of team members to join their busy, friendly teams. Offering plenty of training and on-the-job support, there are so many opportunities available!

With easy access to public transport, flexible work patterns across both day and night shifts, there is something to suit you!

What will you be doing?

  • Running production lines, ensuring a smooth product output process

  • Labelling, stacking, and cutting products

  • Ensuring your workstation is always tidy and well-kept

  • Taking instruction from team leaders

  • Reporting faults or problems to your direct manager or technical leader
