My client, a specialist manufacturing business in Plymouth, is looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives on an immediate basis for full time hours.
You will be joining a growing business who are leading the market within their industry!
As a Production Operative, you, will play an important role within the factory, ensuring process, production and packing operations meet high quality standards.
Working hours are:
Rotational pattern Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, so some flexibility will be required.

What does a Production Operative do?
Operate manufacturing equipment and processes.
Weighing, packing, cutting, and preparing materials.
Performing inspection tests to ensure labelling and products meet the required standards.
Share ideas for improvements and supporting the team leaders with maintaining a clean and well organised workspace.
Support with training new production operatives once you're fully trained.
To be successful, you just need to be reliable, a great team player and willing to learn and develop new skills as you progress. I would love to hear from people with all backgrounds, however, previous factory/production experience would be beneficial.
