​​Are you an experienced administrator with an excellent eye for detail?

Seeking a new team addition for a brand-new fixed term contract within a large organisation offering a great working environment and company benefits!

This is a full-time job opportunity, offered on an initial 12 month contract either as an agency worker or straight on their books. The role is paying £22,628 which works out to be £11.76 per hour for a 37 hour working week.


* Managing and scheduling or emergency repair works orders, customer appointments, planned works and inspections.

*Co-ordinating the property service staff. trade staff and subcontractors appointments.

* Investigating and collating any complaints information from customers and clients.

* Monitoring an maintaining the scheduling system to ensure all status updates and appointments are correct.

* Taking customer enquiries on the phone and electronically and ensuring you full understanding of their maintenance issue.


* Minimum of a couple of years admin experience in property industry or a similar role

* Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook

* Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
