They are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Administrator on a 12 month fixed term maternity contact.
This role will suit a candidate who has experience of working within a Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering environment previously.
The purpose of the role will be to ensure all relevant Quality Management Systems are followed, maintained and monitored in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements / accreditations and company core values.
Main duties and responsibilities:
•Follow Health and Safety Policies to ensure a safe working environment for employees, visitors and contractors. Including raising of EHS concerns, near misses and incident reporting.
•Adhere to all business policies and procedures
•Document Control Administrator:-
Review and update of current procedures
Arrange with procedure owners to review procedure contents and update if required
Oversee document control email inbox
Update on maintain procedure spreadsheet
Issue weekly emails to procedure owners with details of current review status
•Support to Complaint, NC/CAPA and Concession systems maybe required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience of working in Manufacturing / Quality or Engineering environment.
Exposure to Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing experience and/or other manufacturing quality tools
Computer literacy and familiar with Excel, Word and or specialist software
Understanding of ISO9001 and/or and Quality Management Systems
Resilient and the ability to work in line with core values in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse group of people.
Highly motivated and able to prioritise activities
GSCEs / A-Level or other level 3 equivalent education IT related literacy
