Seeking an experienced Receptionist for a temporary role in Falmouth. This role is covering sickness so could be for a few weeks to a few months!
I am looking for somebody that has a high standard of customer service experience within a busy office environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provide telephone, online and face to face customer service, as well as maintaining the premises logs- door entry access and entry passes.
To provide admin support in meetings and conferences, managing internal diaries, phone calls, emails and post.
Booking and Co- ordinating meeting rooms, shared spaces and venue spaces.
Skills
Minimum of a couple of years admin/ reception experience
Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements

The working hours are 32.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday 09.30-16.30 with a 30 minute lunch break.
