Well established and rapidly expanding business in the central Truro area is looking to recruit an experience and bubbly receptionist to join their team.
Primary responsibilities:
Answer, deal with and forward phone calls and emails
Receive post and deliveries – distribute, mark up and store
Welcome visitors and make refreshments
Keep kitchen clean and stocked
Ordering office supplies
General organisation and support for directors - meetings and refreshments, travel and accommodation, training
What you will need to succeed
Excellent communication skills and able to build good relationships with the team and clients
Teamwork skills
Willingness to help a range of departments with ad hoc tasks when necessary.
Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time
Willing to make decisions and take responsibility for them
Well organised, self-managed and self-motivated
