What are we looking for:
Previous recruitment experience – particularly running a permanent desk (sector experience not important)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Desire to succeed
Ability to deal with the ‘recruitment rollercoaster’ with humour and problem solving.
Process driven and consistent work ethic.
Demonstrable evidence of winning and building new business opportunities
Ability to work as part of a team – we have no islands here!
