​Are you a professional and dynamic Business Manager seeking a brand-new challenge?

We have an exciting new opportunity within the Senior Leadership Team of a reputable school in Camborne. Offering an immediate start and an excellent salary, we would love to hear from you if you have previous experience within a similar role.

This is a full time, permanent role, working 37 hours a week across 52 weeks of the year.

The School Business Manager is a leading support role, responsible for managing the business strategy and operational support functions to promote the highest standard of business ethos across the establishment.

Key duties will include:

  • Strategic planning and budget management/advice on financial matters

  • Produce reports and communicate complex financial information to key stakeholders

  • Operational management of the non-teaching function within the school to include finance and administration, HR, data, IT, and marketing.

  • Overall management of facilities, outsources services and health and safety across the site

Essential experience and qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification

  • Substantial financial management experience

  • Operational management experience within the education sector (or relevant field)
