They are looking to recruit an experienced management administrator to join their dynamic team.


This role will suit a candidate who has experience of supporting senior management and business leaders previously. You will have worked across a range of departments within a fast-paced business with the ability to juggle a varied range of duties and responsibilities.

 

The purpose of the role will be to Proactively support business leaders, increase departmental efficiency, process automation and enhance/support the develop all aspects of the business administration

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Provide pro-active support to various business leaders

  • Co-ordinate and manage travel bookings for senior management and oversee the wider travel booking system

  • Manage incoming work demands adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment

  • Support departmental meeting events and communications

  • Work across departments organising & co-ordinating inputs for reports, ensuring deadlines are met

  • Support the design, implement & improve current office systems, policies and procedures, relating to admin and travel

  • Balance workload to ensure focus is retained on key activities

  • Cover and support other Management administrators during periods of holiday/absence

  • Undertake projects and research as requested

  • Champion EHS within the office environment

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

  • At least 5 years’ experience of working with relevant roles

  • Experience of working across departments in an international business

  • Experience of working within a dynamic fast paced team

  • Experience of EHS within an office environment

  • Expert user of MS office Packages (Word, Excel and Power-Point)

  • Experience of reviewing and improving admin processes to optimise department efficiency

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organised, methodical, self-disciplined,

  • Efficient, pro-active and flexible nature

  • HND/C or Degree level education
