Key responsibilities:

  • Showcasing skills in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef with delivery of inspiring food

  • Learning and understanding budgets and stock control

  • Supporting other Chefs with progression and training

  • Assisting with recruitment, training, and development of new staff

  • Assisting with scheduling and taking ownership of the kitchen when the Head Chef is off
