Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to work with my client a school in Redruth.
This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in computerised systems, and an ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 16.00 and Friday 08.00 -15.30
Pay : £12.00
A portable enhanced DBS is required for this role, and this role is to start immediately.
Duration: Temp role, could be for a few months.
Duties
Phoning parents to check unauthorised absences
Liaising with the reflections team to ascertain why behavior is occurring
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ideally previous experience from working within a school
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Strong clerical skills and familiarity with general office procedures.
A professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
