A fantastic and rare opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual to join an established agricultural business in the Truro area.
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage day to day operations of a busy distribution yard, which handles over 120 million units through its yard per year.
The ideal candidate will need to be well organised and hardworking, with good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and have a hands-on and upbeat attitude towards their work. A valid forklift licence will also be required.
The role will see the successful candidate managing and motivating a team of up to 20 people to ensure the efficient operation of distribution, This includes loading, unloading and customer liaison. In addition yard development and maintenance will be required out of season and assistance with harvesting operation throughout the spring.
