​My client, a thriving Cornish book printing company with over 50 years of experience, is looking to recruit an Client Services Account Manager to help with their ambitious growth plans.  As an Account Manager your goal will be to maintain strong working relationships with an established customer base. In the role you will promote excellent service by providing accurate works orders, the businesses KPI’s and effectively time manage all aspects of accounts and daily workloads. 

This is a full-time role paying from £24,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

Main Purpose Of Job

  • Deliver and maintain exceptional standards of service to internal and external customers. 

  • Chase components to ensure my clients products can be scheduled effectively to meet agreed delivery deadlines. 

  • Within guidelines set, ensure paperwork is raised promptly and that information is concise and clear to allow invoices to be raised.

  • Raising client’s business concerns and needs to company management.

  • Monitoring the budget of the client, explaining costs and expenditures, and discussing new terms with them if necessary.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure they are satisfied with received services and continuing to build positive relationships.

About You

  • Experience managing a pipeline of prospects.

  • Familiar with CRM systems, Excel, and Word.

  • Understanding of traditional sales disciplines and customer care.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar account management role.
