Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a vibrant and dynamic business based in central Truro.
You will be required to provide a high-quality administrative service to a Property Litigation Team.
You will be responsible for debt collection, assistance with file opening and billing, coordinating team work as well as general administration duties.
You will be highly organised, motivated, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional client care.
You will be used to working in a busy and highly professional driven environment, including being proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook. You are also competent with social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
