My client a growing manufacture is looking for an administrator to help with their stock control
The role is being offered to start straight away, so if you are in a role and need to give notice, please give me a call about other roles that will be suitable.
For the right candidate this will lead to a permanent position after 3 months. The role will be working from site, and will be full time hours Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30
Due to my clients location you will need to have your own transport.
Role
Stock Control of products across their sites, so good numeracy skills is essential.
Input of pallet transfers
Co-ordination of delivery notes with the warehouse staff
Allocating PO numbers to transfer notes
Booking in deliveries
Booking in daily production onto the system
Printing of Customer labels for pallets and transfer
Booking in UPS collections
Tracking deliveries and updating customers on any transport delays
General ad hoc admin duties
Skills
Minimum of a couple of years in an admin or finance role.
Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
SAP would be beneficial or experience with a similar CRM
