​​​Are you an experienced customer service administrator, looking to fill a stop-gap and support and innovative manufacturing business?
My client, a niche business near Truro, Cornwall, is looking to hire a Dispatch and Customer Support Coordinator to enhance customer experience in the supply of their market-leading products.

This is an integral role to the business, ensuring deliveries are correct and on time, and customer satisfaction is promoted to the highest level.

The is a 3-month fixed term contract based on site, with working hours 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing:

  • Accurately record new sales and repair orders onto the ERP system.

  • Produce pro-forma invoices for customers and take payments.

  • Contact customers to arrange deliveries, liaising with third party suppliers to ensure the correct products are delivered.

  • Resolve product or service problems, complaints and queries, feeding back to the production team.

  • Process daily product deliveries on the ERP system, ensuring goods out have associated paperwork.

  • Process returns in-line with company processes, and reporting issues, status and progress to management.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Previous experience within a customer facing role, handling orders and shipments beneficial.

  • Experience using ERP systems would also be beneficial.

  • Minimum GCSE maths and English.

  • Excellent communication and IT skills.

  • Familiarity with order processing.

  • Well-organised with a can-do attitude.
