My client, an independent Cornish-based internet service provider, bringing high-speed broadband to homes, businesses and communities throughout Devon and Cornwall, are seeking a number of Field Sales Agents to work in the Devon and Cornwall area. The primary purpose of the Field Sales Agent is to secure the company’s growth through selling internet service and associated products to individuals, Micro SME businesses, and Communities.
The Field Sales Agent is responsible selling door to door, to contribute to the wider teams objectives, whilst delivering their individual sales target. This will include upselling to higher sales packages, selling value added sales and being the face for my clients brand. A solid background in sales, ideally door to door from either a telecoms or utilities company however all relevant sales experience will be considered.
This is a full time permanent role paying up to £27,000 per annum basic with car allowance and commission per annum. A full job description is available on request.

Meeting / exceeding quarterly sales targets
Sales conversion vs doors opened and doors knocked.
Upsell Sales Volumes and value added sales volumes.
Door knocking volumes being achieved.
Customer growth, week on week, monthly and yearly.
Strong sales experience & passionate about sales, with a desire to exceed all sales targets.
Ability to multitask using relevant systems.
A high level of self-motivation and ambition.

Comfortable interacting with our potential customers in a field sales focused role, able to adapt your approach to ensure a high level of sales conversion.

Confident in using new sales systems and other tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Manage your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
